Our online store is powered by Shopify and our customers are bound by Shopify’s Terms of Service, which may be amended from time to time. By entering our online store you agree to be bound by Shopify’s Terms of Service as in effect each time you enter our store.
REDDIE will not be responsible if our online store is not available for any reason at any time.

OUR TERMS OF SALE
You can return your product within 14 days once received if you have a change of mind. Items must be returned in new condition in it's original packaging, shipping charges will be paid by the customer to return the product to our warehouse.
Items excluded in the 14 days return period include:
-Sale, Warehouse Sale and Clearance Items
-Bulk or Commercial/Trade Orders.
-Items requesting further customisation from our website.
    When your order is confirmed by REDDIE, these Terms of Sale will constitute our agreement to manufacture and deliver the products to you in accordance with your specified design. Please confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.  All items are custom made to order.
    Please check the dimensions of the products you wish to order to ensure they will fit within your space and there are no access limitations that could cause problems for delivery (eg lifts, staircases, doorways, etc.). No refunds will be allowed if the products cannot be delivered due to their size or lack of access for delivery, and extra delivery charges may apply.
    As each product is individually made by our craftsmen according to your design, items may not look exactly the same as in our catalogue/website. REDDIE aims to represent the items on our website as accurately as possible with a 3D image. However every computer screen is different and colour tones on individual computer screens may vary, so we cannot guarantee the colours of our products will exactly match the colours you see on your screen.  Therefore please use website images as a guide only as material and finish colours/tones may vary slightly (refer to RAL codes for powder-coat options).
    There may be size variances as each item is handcrafted. Please allow up to 1cm tolerance with all our pieces.

    PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
    Full payment can be made online for your order.  For items over $1000 please contact us if you prefer to pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining amount due one week prior to arrival/delivery. Full payment must be received prior to delivery of the order. Once the order is processed, we will confirm your order to your designated email address and provide an anticipated delivery date.  Please note the estimated delivery dates may change if there are any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
    If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will advise you within 7 days after you place your order. If that happens, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded in full.

    CANCELLATION
    You can cancel your order after it has been processed within 48 hours.
    We may only cancel your order if we notify you within [7] days that we cannot satisfy your order. After we have confirmed your order, we may only cancel it if a Force Majeure event occurs. Please refer to Force Majeure below.

    DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
    Delivery time frames (including production and freight):
    - Australia: 8-12 weeks NSW/VIC/QLD / 10-14 weeks SA/WA
    - APAC: 8-12 weeks
    -USA: 11-14 weeks
    - UK/EU: 11-14 weeks
    - Other countries: please enquire at info@reddie.co
    Please note:
    - this timeframe may differ depending on quantity, custom design request or location, with an estimated delivery timeframe provided at time of order. 
    - timeframe based on standard sea shipment.  Expedited timeframes via air freight is also possible.
    Delivery charges for Australian location only will be included in the checkout section of our website.  Please contact info@reddie.co regarding freight & delivery costs to locations outside of Australia, as this cost will need to be provided separately.
    Please note the global effects of covid-19 may result in unexpected schedule delays. We will notify you if there are any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
    We will contact you when the items arrive to schedule a delivery window between Monday - Friday. Site contact details must be provided (name/email/mobile #).  
    Our logistics partner will provide an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery. If the delivery team is unable to reach you an additional charge will be applied to rearrange the schedule and deliver on a different day.
    If our delivery team is unable to enter your premises or if there is nobody to accept the delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged if it is necessary for us to return at a later time or date.
    If delivery is not possible due to access limitations (lifts, staircases, doorways etc.), you may not cancel your order and no refund will be made.  It is the customer's responsibility to check the items ordered has clear access and can fit in the requested space. Additional delivery fee may apply if more than 1 flight of stairs need to be navigated.
    ***If you wish to defer the delivery date we will be happy to make arrangements. Extra storage charges apply if you wish to defer delivery by more than 7 days after the item/s are ready to be delivered. 
    Australia- For NSW/VIC/QLD deliveries, the delivery fee includes unpacking and assembly of the product (if required). Our delivery team will unpack and assemble the product at your premises, and you (or your representative) must inspect the product at that time and confirm your acceptance. If you do not accept the condition of the products due to damage, you must notify our delivery team at time of delivery.  Any defects or damages must be advised at time of delivery, with photographs of the damage emailed to info@reddie.co within 48 hours of delivery. No liability is accepted or refunds provided for any damage reported after this period. Please refer to “Returns and Refunds” below.  For SA/WA, the delivery option may be drop off only (no unpacking/assembling provided), and to be confirmed at time of order. 
    International- Depending on location/country, the delivery option may be drop off only (no unpacking/assembling provided).  Please confirm at time of order. Please inspect the product at time of delivery and notify our delivery team to report any damage. Please email info@reddie.co with photographs of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. No liability is accepted or refunds provided for any damage reported after this period. Please refer to “Returns and Refunds” below.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    If you change your mind you can return your product within 14 days. The product must be returned in the exact same new condition, unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Contra agreements cannot be returned or refunded.  Sale and Clearance Items, Bulk or Commercial/Trade Orders are also excluded in the 14 days return period
    Any products that are further customised from what is offered on our site, we can not offer a return or refund as it is custom made to your specifications.  However we can repair or replace if damaged upon arrival.  Notification of any damage must be provided at time of delivery.
    *If your products can not fit into your premises we can not offer a return or refund. Please check that your product has clear access into your premises.
    *Please allow up to 1cm size tolerance with all our products based on the hand-crafted nature of our production.

    WARRANTY
    We offer a 3 year structural warranty. This excludes any general wear and tear and misuse of the products. Please ensure you read our materials section on how to care for your product. Any natural characteristics of the material, such as cracking due to temperature change, will also void the warranty, as this a natural characteristic of solid wood.
    No warranty is provided for cane/rattan seating, sling leather seating/backrest/stitching, custom stitching/details/finishes/upholstery or prototypes. For heavy duty commercial environments (ie hospitality), we recommend synthetic woven cane which we can provide (instead of natural).

    ADDITIONAL DELIVERY
    If you are unable to accept the delivery when at your premises at the approved time, you will be charged a fee to return the product for redelivery.

    RETURNS SHIPPING
    To return your product please email info@reddie.co, and we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for returning the product and for all shipping costs. We can certainly arrange the pick up for you, and the pick up costs will be deducted from your refund. With more costly items, we suggest you use a traceable service.

    DAMAGED ITEMS
    Once a product is accepted by you or your representative at delivery, the item is non-refundable and non-returnable for any damaged caused since approval at delivery. All wear and tear and damage is not the responsibility of REDDIE following acceptance.
    If a product is damaged upon arrival, you (or your representative) must notify the delivery team immediately and we will work with you to have the product repaired or replaced if unrepairable. Customers must email photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving to info@reddie.co. Once the item is signed for on delivery, the item is non-refundable and non-returnable and any damage following acceptance will be void.  

    LIABILITY
    We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise; and our maximum aggregate liability for any product(s) supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.

    In accordance with our consumer guarantees, under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA), the customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. However, a customer is not entitled to a remedy under consumer guarantees due to something someone else said or did (excluding the supplier’s agents or employees) or beyond human control that happened after the product(s) were supplied.

    Reddie Furniture uses reasonable endeavours to ensure this website, and any transactions conducted on it, are secure, including the maintenance of our security certificate, however, Reddie Furniture will not be liable for any damages suffered due to failure, delay, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties on any computer programmes (e.g. those used for transmission of viruses) during interaction with the Reddie website.
    We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits or loss of contracts due to order delays on backordered/preordered products. Our advertised dates for preorder products are estimates and possible delays should be expected.

    INDEMNITY
    Reddie furniture, its contractors, agents, or employees disclaim liability for any damages whatsoever (including special, indirect or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the performance or use of the Website whether in contract, at common law or in equity, or on any other basis.
    You agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified Reddie Furniture and hold harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, taxes, liability and/or expense that may be incurred by Reddie Furniture arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and the use of any Reddie Furniture products outside the manufacturer's specifications.

    FORCE MAJEURE
    REDDIE will not be in breach of its obligations to you if its performance is prevented or delayed by any one or more of the following events or circumstances (each, a “Force Majeure Event”): fire, flood, earthquake, tsunami, lightning strike, storm, hurricane, typhoon or other extreme weather conditions, epidemic/pandemic, famine or other natural calamity, act of war (whether declared or undeclared), invasion, act of terrorism, blockade, embargo, riot, public disorder, insurrection, rebellion, civil commotion, sabotage, strike, lockout, work stoppage, labor dispute or other industrial action. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, we will consult with you regarding an appropriate resolution to the problem, which may include a delay or extension of the delivery schedule or cancellation of your order and refund of your payment.

    EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
    NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS GIVEN BY REDDIE WITH RESPECT TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED, SOLD OR DELIVERED BY REDDIE TO YOU.
    GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales, Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.

    If you access the website in a jurisdiction other than New South Wales, Australia, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply. REDDIE makes no representations that the content of the website complies with the laws of any country outside Australia.
