Chances are, when you Google “modern office,” the results look familiar: plastic chairs, sterile desks, and rows of grey-on-grey minimalism. It’s clean, sure—but also a little cold. Now think back to the 1950s–70s-era offices, where texture, colour, and character filled the room. At REDDIE, we thought, why not both? So we created the Refined Classic Office edit.
Born out of real project needs (yes, we’ve been doing a lot of office fittings lately), this collection reimagines workspace furniture by blending mid-century warmth with modern-day function. It started with a team brainstorm and the simple question: how do we make workspaces feel more human—without losing practicality?




Timeless pieces crafted from 100% reclaimed solid teak, paired with 100% wool upholstery from Textile 23, a Sydney-based textile studio committed to creating responsible, design-led fabrics that celebrate sustainability, quality, and collaboration.


We brought back colour, texture, and craft—without losing the functionality today’s offices demand.


Highlights include our Jay Swivel Chair, REDDIE’s very first chair design, returns with a smooth powder-coated swivel base and fresh wool fabric.



THE

NON-CORPORATE WORKSTATION

Our take on the modular desk pod that’s anything but corporate. Built entirely from solid reclaimed teak, each workstation is customisable with either bold laminate or classic timber tops and features hand-woven rattan screens for privacy and warmth. Subtle details like cable trays and leg openings help keep things tidy and functional without losing the charm. It’s a desk that works hard, looks good, and brings character into the everyday.

Say hello to Rosie, our refined take on the cantilever chair. Rosie blends traditional materials with a distinctly modern feel.


Her frame is made from solid reclaimed teak, while a suspended stainless steel base gives her a light and elegant profile.


Designed to flex between roles, Rosie works effortlessly as either a dining or desk chair. Upholstered on both sides in your choice of fabric or leather, she offers both comfort and visual warmth—proof that practicality can still turn heads.



NCW 

PEDESTAL DRAWER



Need storage that actually looks good next to your desk? This compact, three-drawer unit sits on castors for easy mobility and is made from the same reclaimed teak as the workstation, offering a cohesive, elevated look. Its drawer fronts can be finished in your choice of laminate colour, so you can dial up the personality or keep things timeless. Warm, practical, and considered to the last detail.
